Rail component division of White Systems is now WHITE RAIL

The board of directors of White Systems, Inc. has voted to accept an offer for the purchase of the assets of White System’s Rail Component line.

Under the terms of the offer, DureX Inc. (Durex) has assumed the manufacturing and sales of White Systems branded slick-rail components, which will now go under the brand “White Rail”. Durex, a privately held ISO 9001 registered manufacturer founded in 1946, has an extensive history of high-quality metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, CNC vertical machining, powder-coat painting, electro mechanical assembly, and finished products located in Union, New Jersey.

“These components mesh well with our existing synergies as a turnkey contract manufacturer of sheet metal and custom components. Durex has long had a commitment toward forming professional, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. Combine that with more than 50 years of experience in manufacturing stamped parts and assemblies, and the system is already in place that will allow us to reliably provide slick-rail components, assemblies, and systems to enable our clients to be as successful as they can be.” said Robert Denholtz, Durex President/CEO.

White Rail’s goal is to become the preferred slick-rail brand competitively and consistently providing high quality parts for that time critical project. Due to Durex’s large-scale production capacity and expertise, they can custom design products to meet their client’s every need.
