A TQM (Total Quality Management) program is in place and fully implemented. Certification of ISO 9001 was a goal that we have recently turned into reality.

Quality begins at Durex with our APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) based on the DCP (Dynamic Control Plan) concept.

Critical dimensions are identified, so when possible they can be tool controlled and made fail-safe. Custom gauges and fixtures necessary to monitor the process are then designed and built.

Upon completion of the tooling, the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) is initiated. Histograms are then created to ensure our process is entirely capable prior to full-scale production.

Our commitment to quality does not stop there !

Quality control personnel utilize Datamyte Computers to routinely collect and analyze SPC (Statistical Process Control) data to assure a capable and controlled process.

By doing this we can insure that the job is done right the first time, every time, ..... all the time.
