integrated finishing lines. Both lines are equipped with
a 5 stage, iron-phosphate cleansing and degreasing prior
to Powder Coating.
Depending
on the size of the part, these systems EACH have the capacity
to powder coat Tens of Thousands
of parts per hour .

offering Smooth, Textured, Glossy
or Flat finishes.
If applicable,
custom masking solutions
are developed. This provides the customer potential design
alternatives and cost reductions.
