• QUALITY CONTROL is computer based using Pentium based PC'S, to store and statistically analyze dimensional data of process control studies along with a graphic print out of the data.
• 1- STARRETT 3-D COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE with HP-9816s computer. A total system used for the measuring of parts and dies. Capacity 28" x 28" Z linear accuracy x readability 0.00004". The computer interface gives a readout of the inspection report. It will also give a statistical analysis of the life of the part.
• 4- DATAMYTE 750A MULTI-CHANNEL, computer based data collection system capable of storing 2,500 readings directly for interconnected venires, micrometers and other gauges. The output can be used to generate X-bar and R charts or histograms. Includes 3 digital drop gauges.
• 1- O.G.P. CONTOUR PROJECTOR, MODEL XL-815, variable speed power drive on both "X" and "Y" axis, surface illuminator, di-metric readout with closed loop incremental positioned, teleprinter gives readout of inspection report with capability to note all the discrepancies on print out.
